What to Expect

We understand that reaching out can be difficult. Here’s what you can expect when you connect with us:

Free Phone Consultation

During your free 15-minute phone consultation, we will ask you about the things that are bringing you in and discuss what treatment will look like. We’ll also cover practical details like insurance and payment options so you know what to expect. This is a no-pressure conversation where we can see if we’re a good fit for each other.

Initial Assessment

The first few sessions are all about getting to know you and understanding your unique needs and goals. You and your therapist will work together to create a personalized treatment plan and decide on a meeting schedule (typically weekly at first). It’s also a time to build trust and comfort with your therapist.

Therapy Appointments

In therapy, you’ll collaborate with your therapist to gain insight into your experiences, make positive changes in your life, and improve your overall well-being. Our approach is supportive, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs.

Finishing Therapy

As you progress and achieve your goals, you and your therapist will discuss the next steps together. Whether it’s setting new goals, reducing session frequency, or concluding therapy, we’ll work with you to ensure a smooth transition.
